I. General Provisions
- The Privacy Policy specifies how personal data of Users, essential for providing services electronically via the www.dnaarchitekci.pl website (hereinafter: Service), is collected, processed, and stored.
- The Service collects only the personal data necessary to provide and develop the services it offers.
- Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

The personal data administrator collected via the Service is the DNAARCHITEKCI company Dominika Skałuba, address: ul. Mikołowska 15/u1, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 969 142 74 20, Business ID (REGON): 24 309 98 98, email address: biuro@dnaarchitekci.pl (hereinafter: Administrator).
III. Purpose of collecting personal data
- Personal data is used for:
- Communication with the User (e.g., through a contact form)
- Sending newsletters (only with the User's consent)
- Providing social services
- Promoting the Administrator's offer
- Marketing
- Personalizing the Service for Users
- Analytical and statistical activities
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use other Service functionalities.
IV. Type of processed personal data
The Administrator may process the User's personal data: first name and last name, residence address, email address, phone number.
V. Period of personal data processing
User's personal data will be processed for:
- When the basis for data processing is consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawal of consent until claims become statute-barred. The statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to conducting business activities – 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).
VI. Sharing personal data
- Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities associated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g., courier/postal service companies, law firms.
- Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. Users' Rights
- The Service User has the right to: access the content of their personal data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal).
- Notification of the User's exercise of rights arising from the mentioned rights should be sent to sekretariat@dnaarchitekci.pl.
- The Administrator meets or refuses the request immediately - within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
- The Service collects information using cookies – session, permanent, and external entities.
- Collecting cookies supports the correct provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
- The User can define the scope of cookies' access to their device in browser settings.
IX. Automated decision-making and profiling
- Users' data cannot be processed automatically in such a way that any decisions could be made against them as a result.
- Users' data may be profiled to adapt the content and personalize the offer after they give their consent.
X. Final provisions
- The Administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, while the rights of Users will not be restricted.
- In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law apply.
